Introducing a new IQ OPTION pullback strategy using two moving averages. 

This strategy leverages price rebounds off the moving average, trading only in the direction of the trend.

Trades are opened once a trend change is confirmed by a bounce on the 7-period SMA.

The strategy also applies to other brokers.

The trade signal is triggered exclusively in the direction of the main trend, indicated by the 50-period SMA.

We use Japanese 1-minute candles with a 1-minute expiry , a 7-period SMA, and a 50-period SMA. After setting up the indicators with the recommended parameters and your preferred colors, your trading chart should look like this:

In the chart, you’ll see two SMA lines: the 7-period SMA in yellow and the 50-period SMA in blue. First, identify a clear trending market.

As shown, prices tend to bounce off the moving average.

The moving average period is set to 7. Examples to master this strategy are provided in the YouTube video. 

Entry Rule: The price approaches, touches, or slightly crosses the SMA line:

Open a position during the candle’s formation.

 Caution: Do not open trades if less than 30 seconds remain before the candle closes. 

Only open trades following the trend-based rules described.

Open a Call if candles are above the blue 50-period SMA and the SMA is sloping upward.

Open a Put if candles are below the 50-period SMA and the SMA is sloping downward:

Important: If the two SMAs show conflicting directions (one up, one down), do not open any trades, as shown here:

When the candle approaches the yellow 7-period SMA, open the position. 

Do not enter if less than 30 seconds remain.
